Stepping away from the traditional white-on-white or pastels palette, this styled engagement soirée shoot showcases vivid florals and balloons that provide beautiful splashes of oranges, yellows, and pinks throughout. The result is an incredible kaleidoscope of color creating the perfect setting for a summer celebration of love! Our favorite details? Shoot location: Upstairs Atlanta in Atlanta, GA
Shoot theme: The theme, "Summertime Squeeze", is a nod to the vibrant color tones and the millennial colloquialism - "my main squeeze" - referring to a romantic partner. The shoot depicts a summer dinner party celebrating the couple's recent engagement.
Color combinations: Zesty, citrus tones, including oranges, yellows, grapefruits, and pinks
Golden velluto napkins with mitered edge from Nuage Designs.
Florals were provided by Fifty Flowers, and designed by Special Event Factory in Atlanta, Georgia. They were an array of fresh citrus hues complimented by textured greenery. Blooms included romantic Sherbet Garden roses, mini mango Calla Lilies, apricot Ranunculus and fluffy peach Lisianthus. We incorporated tall gold Hembree stand arrangements as well as low gold compote arrangements into the table design.
Place Settings :
The full place setting materials were provided by The Prissy Plate and included linen stoneware dinner, salad and dessert plates; white-dipped, gold modern flatware, amber vintage-inspired goblets, gold-rimmed crystal glasses and chargers.
The place setting was completed with the incorporation of real fruit slices on each setting.
Custom stationery was designed by Robbins Nest Design Studio and included citrus name card cutouts for each setting.
