Events By Deb, Inc., a North Carolina-based wedding planning and design company, teamed up with a handful of vendor to bring this colorful styled shoot to life. Here is what Debbie Browne of Events by Deb, Inc. had to say about working on this beautiful shoot and how it all came together:

“Platinum, teal and red were the inspiration for this elegant styled shoot. Events By Deb, Inc. selected a warm, neutral color palette to pair with the abundant burgundy spray roses, two-toned roses, waxflowers, red hypericum berries and hanging amaranthus used in the floral arrangements. The bride and groom looked gorgeous in their attire. They both sported two different gowns and tuxedos, both of which were equally stunning. The bling was evident in the accessories and table design throughout the space. The romantic, elegant vibe of the shoot was accentuated by the dark blue drapery, abundant flowers, accented teal, and crystals.”

Shoot location: Extravaganza Events & Props Depot, Charlotte, North Carolina

Color combinations: Platinum, Teal and Red

Favorite detail: Our favorite detail of the styled shoot involved watching the newly married couple’s chemistry while they posed for the photos.

Decor Details:

Linens:

For the cocktail tables, we used teal crinkled linens. The reception tables used silver sequin linens and the sweetheart table used white poly-cotton linen with a tulle skirt.

Draping:

The ceremony area used silver and teal crinkled drapery. The reception tables used white chiffon drapery while the sweetheart table used white crinkled drapery.

Chairs:

Silver chiavari chairs with white cushions were used and decorated with red satin sash ties.

Place Setting:

Crystal Chandeliers were accompanied by burgundy chargers, teal napkins, clear water goblets, silverware, white-gold trimmed dinner and salad plates.

Centerpiece Description:

Between the bride, her gorgeous dress and the decorations within the venue being accented with many rhinestones in intricate detail, a simple, yet elegant floral style was the best approach in order to not take away from the beauty of it all.

The shades of red seen throughout all of the centerpieces were brought to life with burgundy spray roses, two-toned roses, waxflower, red hypericum berries and hanging amaranthus. Two large kissing balls were the eye-catching part of the piece, sitting on top of a few large cylindrical and trumpet vases that were filled with silver crystal bling, while the top of each one had a string of rhinestones. A soft glow from the sweetheart table’s floating candles illuminated the cylinder vases for a simple and elegant feel.

Fressia, roses, tulips, waxflower, berries, hanging amaranthus and seeded eucalyptus were used in the bride’s nosegay style bouquet, a shape chosen to highlight the details in her dress with the multiple shades of red and burgundy being used. Rhinestones were also used to accent the bouquet to give it a little extra pop.

Stationery:

The teal dinner menu included beautiful pictures and questions about the couple. Creating a great conversation, the beautiful pictures of the couple’s engagement shoot were accompanied by a great guest gift.

We can’t get enough of this gorgeous styled shoot. Share your favorite details in the comments below.
