Emily of Galej Events: This styled shoot was initially inspired by the venue. Vizcaya Villa in Fayetteville, NC used to be an art museum, and when the new owner transformed the space, he did an amazing job at creating this blank canvas for events. The abstract artwork that we hung in the ceremony space set the tone for the modern feel and rich color scheme of the shoot. Some of my favorite pieces are the hand-painted canvas place cards on tiny easels, the framed place settings, the hand-painted cocktail glasses, and the gorgeous chaise lounge. Every one of the vendors is just an expert at what they do, and together we created such a vibrant, colorful, happy tableau.
