Shoot theme/motif/inspiration:

Bold Bridal Elegance. Our inspiration came from wanting to inspire couples to step out of the box and to elegantly express their true sense style. After watching the musical piece Brown skin girl from black is King, we noticed Beyonce wore a gown made in the same houndstooth pattern that some of our napkins are made from. We ran with the idea of using the houndstooth pattern in a daring and sophisticated way by exaggerating the table runner and lining the dinner napkins with it.

Color combinations:

Our color combinations for the tablespace were sultry black, silver, a hint of white and the pop of colors from the floral arrangements aubergine, lavender, hot pink, and soft pink. For the getting ready, we kept the design pure in white with lots of lush blooms and full of texture.

We enjoyed every detail as they were carefully chosen to convey our Bold Bridal Elegance theme.

Decor Details

Linens:

Linen color was black with micro gloss sequins.

Centerpiece Description:

We decided on low floral centerpieces with our modern glam crystal candelabras and crystal pillar candle holders. The floral centerpieces were a mix of purple hydrangea, hot pink and lavender roses, beautiful hot pink and pink phalaenopsis orchids, plum anemone, and hot pink spray roses. We chose chrome silver vases to complement the rest of the elements.

Place Settings:

Nothing drives us crazier than an overly crowded tablescape. We love clean lines, clean designs. Our place settings were simple black rim chargers with matching dinner plates. We lined our Lamour napkins with the houndstooth print to show on the edges and topped them with personalized laser cut silver mirror acrylic place cards. We used colonel silver flatware. Silver rim champagne and wine glasses.

Stationery:

Our menu cards were black acrylic with laser cut lace edge. The design included a double border with writing in silver foil.
