The runway report revealed that blue eyes are the spring dazzler for fashionistas. I will admit the right shade must tickle my fancy before I should ever dip into a blue hue, but you already ready know we have a plethora of shades for you to chose from to get creative. With a bold color like blue I suggest playing with where you place your bold color such as the inner corners of the eye or in the lower lash line. If blue is just not your color try jeweled tones like emerald green or deep purple to paint your lids. Since we do not want a bad flashback of the 80’s, be sure to apply your bold color close to the lash line and up stopping at the crease verses coloring your entire lid.
