Bride: Camille Senecal, 27, HR coordinator

Groom: Francis Bertrand, 35, Graphist

Place of residence: Montreal, Quebec

Wedding date: 09/27/14

Wedding location: St-Sauveur village, Quebec

Engagement story:

November 6th 2011… It was a cold evening of late autumn. Francis asked me to go out for dinner. At that time we had a crazy busy life schedule, and he said ''maybe it will be good if we could take some time together and relax and have a good meal'' So we went to L'entiché, a cute little restaurant on St-Denis street in Montreal and while we where waiting for the desert, he popped the question. I was not sure if he was teasing me so I did not react on the first second until I see in his eyes how serious he was. So like many others girls will do I started crying.

From the Groom:

We had the most beautiful reception, the venue was perfect and the food was amazing. Our day turned out perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more.

From the Bride:

Our wedding was perfect from start to finish!

Your best/most memorable moment:

We did love every single moments of our wedding….But my sister's speech was INCREDIBLE… and so touching. Also it was priceless to see our nephew with his smiling face bringing us so proudly our rings. Our bridesmaids walked down the aisle to a song by Enya (One-by-one). Enya was a great singer and my dad, who unfortunately passed away a couple of years ago really liked this singer, so I decided to give him this honor.

Favorite wedding detail:

At the Auberge there was an old bicycle which matched our wedding color scheme, so we just used it as an accessory for our wedding pictures and that was such a fun set of pictures. My father's medallion around my bouquet. Even though my dad passed away 7 years ago, that was the best way to have him close to me in this precious and unique moment of my life. Not to mention the perfect weather that we had during our wedding. There was a splendid, sunny and cloudless sky, we couldn't asked for more! And the site itself was spectacular.

What are you most looking forward to as a married couple?

We are looking forward to seeing each other every single day. Being able to share your days together, and wind down together after long, busy days.

Advice for a Bride/Groom on their wedding day:

Hire a professional photographer! A professional will invest themselves and to do everything they possibly can to ensure that your photographs are not only what you asked for, but exceed your expectations.

Congrats to the newlyweds Camille and Francis! We wish you many more years of wedded bliss!
